Personal Information: Aviation Business Index (ABI) makes every attempt

ABI does not sell or otherwise distribute information collected relating to
public visitors or customers. Since the ABI provides both a mail list purchase
and email list purchase service, any and all business information within our
business indexes are for sale based on our standard purchase rates.
Customer Information Use: Customers purchasing mail lists understand
that each list purchase must be used within the limitations stated on the list.
Typically each list is purchases for one time use. Customers not abiding by
this agreement are subject to litigation.
Terms of Use: Basic information available in the Aviation Business Index
is provided to visitors free of charge. ABI does not warranty information
obtained from the site and all information is available ‘AS IS’. As such, the
Aviation Business Index is not responsible for any data defects, lost profits,
or damages resulting from the use of data viewed or purchased from our service.
Visitors and customers should understand that information displayed or
purchased is the result of our market research process and should not be
considered error-free.
